A nationally recognized leader in teacher preparation and certification with over 50 years in the field. Dr. Feistritzer has dedicated her career to understanding how teachers are prepared and supported around the world.

She founded TeachNow/Moreland University, an international online teacher preparation program that trained nearly 10,000 teachers across 150+ countries before its acquisition. Her work has been cited in congressional hearings and has influenced education policy at the highest levels.

With 45+ published works on education, Dr. Feistritzer brings an unmatched depth of research and practical experience to FTI's mission. She was named to Inc. Magazine's Top 10 Groundbreakers and Fast Company's 100 Most Creative People in Business.

Greg brings a rare combination of education and technology expertise to FTI's work. With undergraduate degrees in computer science and mathematics and a master's in the philosophy of education, he bridges the gap between technical capability and educational purpose.

He leads FTI's technology strategy and operations, including the development of Classroom Voice and the institute's data infrastructure. His background ensures that FTI's tools are built not just with technical excellence, but with a deep understanding of the educational contexts they serve.
